Capistrano I HOA - Mission Statement

Welcome to the Capistrano I HOA Neighborhood Association web site. We endeavor to build a community, based upon shared principles and values, which will maintain a consistently high quality of life in the community and which will enhance the value of the neighborhood. 

We are blessed to live in a beautiful neighborhood located in Tempe, Arizona and serve the 58 homes that comprise it. The association works to encourage neighborhood participation, maintain neighborhood assets, and promote the community. 

   

September 2012 Board Meeting

We will be meeting at 7 PM on the evening of Tuesday September 18th at the Paradise Bakery located in the Pueblo Anozira Shopping Center. If you would like to learn a little more about the decisions being made in your community, are interested in helping out, or have an issue to raise please join us!

In this quarter's newsletter we highlight a number of on-going improvements to our community, get ready for the 4th, and discover some tips for healthy use of water this summer!

Capistrano I HOA - RDA

We recently had a reserve data analysis for our community's assets conducted so that we could better understand how to plan for their long term costs and upkeep. The intent of the study is to provide guidance for our annual budgets so that we have a sufficient reserve of funds to pay for maintenance of assets as they come due.
