When the gate is broken, an email is too slow.

Water shut-offs, a gate stuck open, a reminder the night before the vote — some messages need to be read in the next ten minutes. Bulk Text sends them from the community's own number and shows you what it will cost before you press send.

The right homes, and the cost before you send

Text everyone, or only a group of properties you have set up — the street where the water is off, the section by the gate. As you type, the phone preview, the number of phones it will reach and roughly what it will cost update alongside, so a board treasurer never discovers the bill afterwards.

Opt-outs handled properly

Anyone who replies STOP is not texted again, by this module or any other. Staff can see which numbers have opted out, and residents can see which of their numbers the community texts.

Proof it was delivered

Delivered, undelivered and opted out, confirmed by the carrier for every text. When someone insists they never got the message, you can check rather than argue.
