Access add-ons: pick only what you need

Every module switches on and off on its own. Start with the problem you have today and add more when you are ready — your price is set by the modules you choose and the size of your community, nothing else.

Needs the homeowner access portal, provided by CapHOA. Modules marked with a house are used by homeowners who register and sign in, so they need the homeowner access portal we provide. Everything else works without it: staff use it directly, board and committee members have their own sign-in, and homeowners vote from a link in their email.

Text messages are billed on usage, and Bulk Text shows the estimated cost before anything is sent.

“But our management software already does email, texts and voting.”

Great, keep using it.

Every CapHOA solution is a module we switch on or off for your community, so you never pay twice for something you already have. Leave those modules off and turn on only what fills a gap, like rental detection, a rental cap, pool access or a welcome committee. If your needs change later, add a module then.

Your community's data stays your community's

Homeowner records deserve care. Security is built into how CapHOA is put together, not added on afterwards.

A private database for every community

Each HOA's records live in their own database, never mixed in with another community's.

Role-based access

Staff, board members, committees and residents each see only what their role allows.

Audit trails

Votes, ballots and changes to important records are logged with who did what, and when.

Encrypted connections

Every page and every API call travels over HTTPS.

See exactly what it would cost.

Tell us about your community and the modules you are interested in, and we will give you a straight answer — no sales games.
