For volunteer welcome committees

Welcome Committee

Meet the new neighbors before the first violation letter does.

A new owner's first contact with an HOA is too often a letter about their trash cans. Welcome Committee gives your volunteers a short, current list of who has just moved in, so the first contact is a knock on the door instead.

  • New owners from the last 60 days, picked up automatically
  • Investors, businesses and trusts left off the list
  • Volunteers mark each visit done or skipped
  • A digest email that tells them when there is someone new

New owners, found for you

Every day, homes that changed hands are added to the committee's list with the new owner's contact details. Nobody has to watch the county records or wait for the management company to mention it.

Only the households worth a visit

A house bought by an investor, a business or a trust is left off, so volunteers spend their Saturday welcoming people who actually live there.

Run by the volunteers themselves

Committee leads add and remove members, choose how often each one hears about new owners, and see how many visits were done this month. Staff do not have to manage it.
